1. Responsible for anchoring all PMS & Employee Communications initiatives.
2. Employee Life Cycle Management.
3. Recruitment & Induction of new entrants
4. Performance Management & Review
5. Compensation Planning & Administration
6. Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Management
7. Employee Welfare/ Sports/ Engagement
8. HR Records Administration
9. Statutory Compliance
10. Social & Ethical Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

1. Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees.
2. Training & developmental activities of staff & workers
3. Salary & wage administration
4. Responsible for service condition of staff
5. Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organisation.
6. Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labour laws.
7. Dealing with office bearer of union & committee members.
8. Negotiation & discussions with office bearer & committee members on various IR matters.
9. Responsible for service conditions of workers.
10. Prepare Action Plan to weed out the adverse factors so that System, Sub System & Processes gets aligned with the Organisation’s VISION
11. Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down to Objectives, Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities for every employee.
