Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role (B2B sales channel).
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is must.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
7. Have a personal vehicle (motorcycle)
8. Willing work in Semarang or Central Java area

Job Responsibility :

1. Develop brand business and brand marketing plans in coordination to achieve offline revenue goals.
2. Looking for new clients and maintaining some existing clients.
3. Actively approaching and engaging with potential partners in the market with various sources.
4. Initiating and conducting surveys and analyses including understanding of competitor trends and end-user requirements and expectations.
5. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
6. Determine cross-selling opportunities.
7. Writing business proposals and follow up to potential partners (by call, email, and other communication media).
8. Achieve the periodical sales target.
