Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Office Management, Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that the office is organized and operating smoothly.
- Document Management, Handle the filing, organization, and management of company documents, including contracts, invoices, and customer communications.
- Customer Support, Assist in responding to customer inquiries, handling returns and exchanges, and supporting customer service efforts in collaboration with the marketing or sales teams.
- Scheduling & Coordination, Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Supply Management, Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that inventory is stocked and ordering supplies when necessary.
- Communication, Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling phone calls, emails, and other administrative correspondence.
- Finance Support, Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments, Book meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
