Responsibilities

1. Supervise and control daily production activities to meet company targets and quality standards.
2. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a safe, conducive factory environment.
3. Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (HSE/K3) standards.
4. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support to the production team.
5. Ensure production outputs meet established specifications and quality requirements.
6. Monitor the condition and performance of production machinery and supporting equipment.
7. Evaluate and analyze operator reports and subordinate performance to support continuous improvement.

We are expanding our team and looking for Research & Development (R&D) Staff to join us.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and improve cosmetic formulations
2. Conduct laboratory trials, stability tests, and product evaluations
3. Prepare formulation documentation and technical reports
4. Stay updated with cosmetic trends, raw materials, and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetic R&D (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
3. Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and formulations
4. Familiar with BPOM regulations and cosmetic GMP is a plus
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative
6. Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
7. Able to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities

1. Melakukan email & WhatsApp blast untuk mencari klien baru sesuai target
2. Mengelola database prospek: filtering, updating, dan memastikan data selalu akurat
3. Melakukan follow-up prospek secara rutin hingga tercapai closing
4. Mengelola dan memonitor status prospek: pending, failed, maupun success, serta memberikan laporan perkembangan
5. Menyusun dan mengirimkan penawaran harga, katalog, atau informasi produk/jasa sesuai kebutuhan prospek
6. Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dan profesional dengan calon klien
7. Berkolaborasi dengan tim sales untuk memastikan alur penjualan berjalan efektif
8. Membuat laporan mingguan mengenai aktivitas outreach, jumlah prospek, konversi, dan hasil follow-up
9. Mengatur kebutuhan administrasi sales lainnya sesuai arahan atasan

Qualifications

1. Berpengalaman sebagai admin sales, telemarketing, customer support, atau posisi serupa
2. Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp Business, email marketing tools, spreadsheet, dan aplikasi administrasi
3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan persuasif
4. Detail-oriented, rapi dalam administrasi, dan mampu bekerja dengan target
5. Siap bekerja full-time on site di Surabaya

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan jurusan Administrasi Bisnis / Ekspor-Impor / Logistik Manajemen)
2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang import staff / export-import / purchasing (diutamakan yang berpengalaman melakukan impor lembaran baja/coil).
3. Memahami proses dokumen impor (PI, PO, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, PIB, HS Code, Billing, COA, MSDS, dan detail lainnya).
4. Menguasai perizinan, ssm, peraturan Impor dan Bea Cukai serta dokumen import PIB.
5. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan). Tambahan menguasai Bahasa Mandarin merupakan nilai plus.
6. Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja dengan tenggat waktu.
7. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office terutama Microsoft excel.
8. · Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim maupun secara mandiri.
9. Diutamakan berdomisili di Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

1. Mengurus, menyiapkan, meninjau, dan memproses semua perizinan dan dokumen yang diperlukan dalam melakukan impor, seperti faktur komersial (invoice), daftar pengepakan (packing list), Bill of Lading (BL), Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB), dan detail lainnya.
2. Memastikan semua aktivitas impor mematuhi peraturan perdagangan lokal, nasional, dan internasional, termasuk prosedur bea cukai.
3. Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait seperti pemasok, shipping lines, forwarder, dan Bea Cukai.
4. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal seperti finance, tax, procurement dll, dalam mempersiapkan kontrak penjualan & pesanan pembelian dengan pemasok untuk menetapkan persyaratan kualitas, budget, jadwal impor dan pengiriman.
5. Memantau jadwal pengiriman, melakukan pemesanan kargo (booking kapal/pesawat), dan melacak status pengiriman untuk menghindari keterlambatan.
6. Membuat laporan rutin terkait volume impor dan mengelola pengarsipan dokumen secara sistematis.
7. Mempersiapkan LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal) setiap triwulan di OSS dan terkait lainya.
