MISSION

Ensure and monitor the safety and health of everyone in the workplace, assess risks, design strategies to reduce potential hazards, and supervise the implementation of safe work practices. Actively participate in implementing QHSE procedures to improve quality, maintain workplace safety, and protect the environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Enforce workplace HSE culture and regulations as mandated by law, and monitor, analyze, and evaluate ongoing HSE programs, including preventive and corrective actions taken.
-Audit equipment, tools, and workplaces, including first aid and handling supplies, to ensure no hazards to worker safety and health.
-Identify and map all potential hazards in the company's business processes and key issues, and manage required reports for company management.

ACTIVITIES

-Identify and assess workplace risks and hazards, implement control measures to mitigate these, and propose necessary changes.
-Conduct regular workplace inspections and plan continuous reviews of safe work practices and processes.
-Ensure the completeness of work equipment documents and inspect work tools with the client and/or surveyor before activities begin.
-Assess and inspect lifting arrangements made by the internal operational team or by clients/subcontractors/contractors.
