Uraian Jabatan :

Job Responsibilities:

-Support the analysis of TikTok and Shopee live streaming data, including gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant data to evaluate live streaming performance.
-Monitor live streaming directly to gain insights into trends, user preferences, and product performance.
-Coordinate with the live streaming operations team to ensure smooth execution of live streaming, including pre-live preparation and post-live follow-up.
-Assist in planning and executing live streaming strategies, including product selection, event scheduling, and layout arrangements for live streaming spaces.
-Compile regular reports on live streaming performance, including data analysis and recommendations for further improvement.
-Experience in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) operations or managing hosts for Live Streams



Job Requirements:

-Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field such as Communication Science, Business Management, or related fields.
-Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee live streaming platforms, with an interest and sensitivity to content trends and user behaviors on these platforms.
-Experience or knowledge in data analysis and live streaming operations would be an advantage.
-Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
-Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in teams and interact with various stakeholders, including hosts, brands, and agencies.
-Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a must; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
